Date: Monday, May 4, 2026 (1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) and Tuesday, May 5, 2026 (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
Location: Fraunhofer AISEC, Lichtenbergstr. 11, 85748 Garching near Munich.
Quantum computers will soon be capable of breaking widely used encryption methods. Fraunhofer AISEC supports companies and public sector organizations in addressing this threat through its Center of Excellence for Post-Quantum Cryptography.
At its annual “PQC Update” networking event, the institute brings together leading scientists, industry users, technology providers, and regulators to discuss current developments, practical challenges, and future strategies in post-quantum cryptography.
Over the past few years, the Competence Center’s PQC Update has established itself as a key platform in Germany for exchange and collaboration between academia, industry, and government on post-quantum cryptography.
